Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos apple, chopped


  • 1 nos banana, peeled and chopped


  • 1 nos papaya, chopped


  • 1 cups water melon, chopped


  • 1 cups pineapple, chopped


  • 1 cups grapes


  • 1 pinch sprig sichuan pepper & sea salt


  • 1 pinch sprig smoked paprika


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1 pinch black salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp lime juice

Directions

  • Take all the diced fruits in a bowl and chill.
  • Sprinkle Sprig Sichuan Pepper & Sea Salt, Sprig Sweet Paprika, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, lime juice and toss well.
  • To make fruit chaat skewers, take a skewer and skewer the fruits in any order you like
  • Transfer them to a bowl and serve them immediately.
